The Deep Learning Indaba has always been a space for experimentation and growth. Since our first gathering in 2017, each Indaba has tested new ideas and formats — following the success of our 2025 virtual edition, we are excited to announce that Virtual Indaba 2026 will build on that momentum.
In 2026, you can participate in the Indaba both in person and online. Whether you’re joining us from across Africa or around the world, the Virtual Indaba brings the spirit, learning, and community of the Indaba directly to you.

Students
The registration fee for students is 50 USD.
You may be required to provide valid student ID.
Faculty
The registration fee for faculty is 100 USD.
You may be required to provide proof that you are faculty.
Industry
The registration fee for faculty is 150 USD.
